The form on this site asks for your name, your phone number and your email address, with an optional message. It also asks two yes or no questions: whether you or your loved one is enrolled in Medicaid, and whether you or your loved one currently needs in-home care. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a medical record or a payment detail anywhere on this website.
We use what you send to call you back about care and to answer your question.
Form submissions are delivered to our office by the service that runs the form. That service handles the information on our behalf. The form also runs a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) before it sends, which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic.
The form uses a security check from Cloudflare to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. That check may set a cookie in your browser and is necessary for the form to work.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which sections get read and roughly which part of Pennsylvania a visit comes from. It sets a cookie and reports to Google. We use it to improve the site and to see whether our advertising brings visitors here. We do not use it to identify you personally and we do not sell this information. What you type into the form is sent to our team directly and is not passed to Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit using Google's browser add-on attools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can ask us what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call(215) 277-5914and tell us what you want done. You are never required to use the form. You can simply call us instead.
This website is meant for adults arranging care. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
